Clause 1. The short version
- Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you're never charged again after that. Cancelling is in the dashboard — no email required, no retention hoops.
- We don't refund past billing periods — except where the law says otherwise, and except for the cases below, which we refund without argument.
- Billing mistakes are always ours to fix. Charged twice, charged after cancelling, charged the wrong amount — tell us and we refund it in full.
- Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. A refund goes back to the payment method you paid with.
- Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights. If the law of your country gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
Clause 2. Who you buy from, and who refunds you
Coruve subscriptions are sold through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record — Paddle is the party that charges your payment method, issues your invoice, and handles applicable taxes. Paddle's checkout buyer terms apply to the payment itself, alongside this policy.
In practice this changes nothing about how you ask for a refund — you contact us, we decide under this policy, and Paddle executes the refund. Every refund is issued to the original payment method, in the currency you paid in. Once issued, it typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We can't send refunds to a different card, account, or person than the one that paid.
Clause 3. Subscriptions, cancellation, and partial periods
Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance. When you cancel — which you can do at any time from your billing settings — your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for, and no further charges are made. We don't give refunds or credits for the unused remainder of a billing period, and we don't refund past billing periods, except as this policy or the law requires.
The Free plan exists so you can evaluate Coruve for as long as you like before paying — real tracking, real reports, no card. If we ever offer a free trial of a paid plan, you won't be charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing.
Clause 4. What we always refund
- Duplicate charges — the same subscription billed twice for the same period.
- Charges after cancellation — any renewal charged after you cancelled in the dashboard.
- Wrong amounts — a charge that doesn't match your plan's advertised price (after any tax Paddle is required to collect for your country).
- Charges on a closed account — anything billed after your account was deleted.
These are refunded in full, without deduction, as soon as we've confirmed the error — usually the same business day you write to us.
Clause 5. If you buy as a consumer
Most Coruve customers subscribe for business purposes, and statutory consumer cancellation rights generally do not apply to business purchases. But if you buy as a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of first subscribing and receive a refund.
Because Coruve starts collecting and reporting your analytics the moment you subscribe, you're asking us to begin the service inside that 14-day window. Where the law allows, two consequences follow: if you withdraw within the 14 days, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the days of service already provided; and once the billing period you bought has been fully delivered, the right to withdraw from it ends. What remains is exactly what this policy already gives everyone — cancel any time, keep the rest of the period, never be charged again.
To exercise a withdrawal right, email us within the window using the contact below. You don't need a form or a reason, though a clear statement that you're cancelling helps us act on it the same day. Nothing in this policy reduces any right that the law of your country grants you and doesn't allow to be waived.
Clause 6. When the service fails you
If a paid feature was materially unavailable for a prolonged stretch because of a fault on our side, write to us. Depending on what happened, we'll offer a service credit, a partial refund, or a full refund for the affected period — judged on what actually went wrong, not on whether you noticed in time. This is in addition to, not instead of, any statutory remedy you have for a service not performed with reasonable care and skill.
Clause 7. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your Coruve account, and include the Paddle receipt or invoice number if you have it (it's in the receipt email Paddle sent you, and under Billing in your dashboard). We reply within 5 business days, almost always sooner. If we agree a refund is due, we instruct Paddle the same day.
Clause 8. This policy, the Terms, and changes
This policy explains and supplements the fees section of our Terms of Service; for refunds, what this page says governs. Like the Terms, it's governed by the law of England and Wales — without taking away protections the law of your own country gives you as a consumer. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and a change never applies retroactively to a purchase you already made. Questions: [email protected].
